“The Little Sparrow”

This is a specially handcrafted one-of-a-kind necklace. The beading is hematite, amber chips, and hand carved skulls made out of ram’s horn by buddhist monks. The amulet itself is was hand casted in pewter at the Georgia Ren Faire over a decade ago. The rune (known as “Aesc” or “ash”) has been painted with a thin layer of ceramic paint.

I was wearing this necklace the day my daughter was born, and has incredible sentimental value to me. It is a prized item of mine. It feels like a holy relic, and I hope one day it becomes a recognized treasure, because it means somehow either I or my daughter did something incredibly good for the people around us.
